The Clubhouse
Our Clubhouse is available for off-season social-events and rentals. The Clubhouse has a coastal feel with grey wood grain tiles and white bead board throughout. The room can seat 80 people. We have 72″ round tables and 8′ banquet tables. We also have ten 34″x34″ square tables and the Hall is 1,745 square feet. The Maximum Building Capacity is 220.
Previously held functions include:
Baby & Bridal showers, Small Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, First Communion Parties, Bar or Bat Mitzvahs, Eagle Scout Ceremonies, Business Meetings, Craft Fair & Holiday Parties
Fees, Deposits & Details:
- Deposit required to hold the date: $100.
- Hall Rental Fee: $450 with Bar; $550 without Bar
- Full payment must be made two weeks prior. The $100.00 deposit to hold will act as a damage deposit and either returned or held after inspection immediately after the party.
- All rentals are based on maximum 4- hour function with 1 hour set up prior and on half hour breakdown. Additional hours will be billed at $80 per hour.
- All rentals require attendant at $20 per hour for the entire event (including set up and breakdown).
- For Bar service, the fee is one Bartender at $30 per hour for half hour set up and for the duration of the event (2 bartenders are required for parties over 75). Liquor cannot be brought onto the club property. If liquor is brought onto the club’s property management as the right to end the party without refund. An 20% Service Charge will be added to any bar tabs. Bar prices include 7% RI Sales Tax and 1% Local Tax
- Linens are not provided.
- Catering is not available and if needed for an event, renters must hire a Rhode Island licensed caterer or bring their own food.
- The kitchen is closed and access is not available for parties from September 15th through the first week in May.
- Liquor cannot be brought onto the club property.

Outdoor Canopy Tents
